Volunteer Impact Program

V.I.P. Launch

Our Volunteer Impact Program seeks to identify marginalized residents from Toronto Community Housing and train them for leadership roles within their communities and or employment opportunities with our network of business suppliers. Many of our volunteers have thus far transitioned over to serve in TCHC community kitchens.

Our volunteers will have access to opportunities such as:
- Food Handlers Course
- Cooking opportunities
- Inventory and Stocking
-Serving & Leadership roles and much more

MEET LIZ, Our Newest VIP Success Story
Liz, volunteered with our Food Program for about 1 year. During her tenure, Liz displayed much leadership, commitment and a strong work ethic. As a result we recommended Liz to our partner Little Caesars as a potential job prospect.  Now, Liz is working for Little Caesars and has been able to change her standard of living.  Keep up the good work, Liz!
